All of our items are shipped via an insured and trackable carrier and are generally received by our customers in the Continental USA within 7-10 days from the date that payment has cleared.

Shipping Method and Rates

Please refer to the shipping calculator in our ads for shipping options and rate estimates. After your order has been processed it will be delivered via FedEx or USPS, depending on the service selected during checkout.

Expected Date of Delivery and Order Tracking

Most orders ship out from TrumpGems.com within 3 business days of payment receipt. You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment. In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.

Order Cancellation

If you'd like to cancel or change your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. Our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to us according to our 14 day money back return policy.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
